What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

-Xxtraa Attachments does not accept returns, however we do offer exchanges for unworn products. The customer will responsible for return shipping. 

-Xxtraa Attachments provides exchanges within 7 days of the receiving of our merchandise or the option for store credit pending the circumstances of the request. No refunds.

-Clearance or sales items are not eligible for exchange.

 

What are the Shipping/Delivery options?

**Attention-Due to COVID-19 all orders may require an additional 2-3 business days**

-Standard USPS (3-14 business days) (Some products are handmade on demand and require a lead time with an average of 3-4 business days) (For our cosmetic and skincare collections orders may take a maximum of 1-2 weeks for production due to our small batch production to ensure quality)

-For New York Based Clients we offer scheduled drop off via email (xxtraaattachment@gmail.com) or Instagram (@xxtraaattachments)

-Business days do not include holidays and weekends. Delivery dates are dependent on USPS.

 

How do I make sure I am ordering the right size?

-Please refer to size chart with every product description

 

How long for an order to be processed/crafted? 

-All orders are processed/crafted with an average of 3-4 days

 

Can I combine discount codes?

-Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or discounts unless otherwise specified.
